7.4--CD...Ace's Back!

UPMC, Montefiore
Sunday, July 4, 2010.

Today is the forth o' July. It has been an up and down day. The pain has been harder than normal to manage for some reason. I had a talk with the doctors, all of them. You have got to love how I have so many different doctors that come to see me. One doctor who has 3 other doctors with him for GI, another group that specializes in Internal Medicine, another set are surgeons, another bunch o' them are OB/GYN specialists. So you get to see everyone. They also don't ever come at the same time. So one doctor will say something and then leave, the next group will come in and say something totally different or what have you. By the end o' the day, you've got so many different stories you don't ever know what's going on. The other thing that happens is the doctor will say, "I think we'll do a CT scan today!" Ok, fine. I wait and wait all day. Nothing happens. They tell me what they want to do. They go back and call the head doctor o' their particular group and then the head doctor will either approve or deny the test. So if the head doctor denies the test, then they don't do it, but they don't tell me. I love it.

Anyway, Ace is back from Canada. He had such a fun time. He came back all tan and very hairy! Haha...poor honey! He did have some great catches and got to take lots o' pictures (102)! You will have to check them out on his facebook! I helped him post his pictures! He ate lunch/supper with his family on Sunday before heading here to Pittsburgh to be with me. He stayed through the evening and left Monday around supper time.

So happy to have my honey home!

I'm glad that Ace could get away for a vacation away from me and with just the guys. He sure enjoyed himself. Also, he took lots o' pictures, it made me very proud! (: Now he's home and I'm still in Pittsburgh. Hopefully, we will get some news here soon!

THE END!
